Join us for a lunchtime outdoor yoga and breath awareness session with Karina Gough at Mt Holdsworth.

Karina Gough, of Flow Yoga, will be leading a mindfulness session through the ngahere. Start with a gentle walk through native forest towards Donnelly’s Flats, with time to notice sounds, smells, the details of leaves, and more. Once at Donnelly’s Flats, Karina will lead a 45minute standing yoga session with breath awareness in the clearing. This is a 2.5km loop, mostly flat but with some uneven surfaces. BYO waterbottle and snacks.

Please note there is limited cell coverage at Mt Holdsworth. This activity is weather dependent.
